With dozens of gift card options, you can contribute to The Matthews House through your everyday purchases, like gas, groceries or office supplies – as well as by purchasing Christmas gifts for friends and family.

Gift cards are sent directly to you by mail with no additional shipping or handling. So for example, you pay $100 for a $100 gift card to Home Depot delivered to your door in about a week and the Matthews House receives $4-$8 (depending on the retailer). On Thursday evening, November 20th, we held Thanksgiving Dinner for our youth – it was a big hit, much bigger than initially expected as it turns out. We had 50 youth and their friends and family gather at the House to have turkey, potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie, deliciously prepared and graciously served by Dr. Ken Smith of CSU’s Resort and Restaurant Management program and his talented students.
